Join us for a free, 10-week in-person beading class led by Teresa F. from Silver Lake Counseling. Designed to support individuals impacted by cancer, this class uses the art of jewelry making to foster mental and physical well-being. Beading offers a creative way to cope with emotions like fear, anger, and sadness while improving fine motor skills, memory, and reducing stress.

No artistic experience is required, and all supplies are provided. Let’s have fun, connect, and create together!
