An 8-week in-person class. Beading and making jewelry is a fun way to pass the time and is great for both your mental and physical well-being. When you or someone you love has cancer, a range of emotions - fear, anger, sadness- may overwhelm you at times. It can be difficult to know how to channel those feelings. Art projects such as beading can help you cope with stress and anxiety. Beading is a way to keep hands busy and minds at ease. Beading can also help improve memory and fine motor skills.
No experience is necessary. All supplies will be provided and provided at no cost.
